Should you want to do it table side, bring along a small mirror so you can always check yourself after you have popped your Invisalign back. 4. Be mindful of what you eat and drink as some foods and drinks can stain or damage your aligners, so it’s important to be aware of what you consume while wearing them. Avoid foods and drinks that are particularly staining or acidic, and consider drinking through a straw to minimize contact with your aligners.
